Common Questions
What are the visiting hours?
Family and friends are welcome to visit anytime during the day. We encourage regular visits as they contribute greatly to residents' well-being. For visits during evening hours, please coordinate with our staff.
What should residents bring when moving in?
Residents are welcome to bring personal items that make them feel at home — photos, favorite blankets, small furniture pieces. We provide all essentials including linens, toiletries, and meals.
How is the care plan developed?
We conduct a comprehensive assessment before admission, then develop an individualized care plan in collaboration with the resident, family, and healthcare providers. Plans are reviewed regularly as needs change.
Can residents keep their own doctors?
Yes. We coordinate with their healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. We also have relationships with local physicians who provide on-call support.
